Retail Merchandising Support Associate, Green Acres - Full Time
About The Position
As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. You are a visible and welcoming presence who greets customers and offers assistance. You support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentations with company directives. Throughout the day, you recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, replenish merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You work with colleagues across departments to support sales, contribute to a welcoming environment, and prepare the department for the next day. The role also includes helping customers, sharing loyalty program benefits, and contributing to sales goals and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Ability to create customer connections, help the store achieve sales goals, and participate in sales-boosting events.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
