About The Position
Franklin Retail Solutions needs a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. Your mission is to organize, style, and showcase top-tier brands to attract customers. You will also be responsible for gathering insights on the brand and the shopping experience to share with the company. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work independently.
Requirements
- Retail or merchandising experience.
- An eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- A smartphone or tablet for reports & photos.
- Reliable transportation to get to stores.
- High-speed internet access.

Responsibilities
- Use the MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports.
- Communicate with store managers and staff.
- Follow planograms to create appealing product displays.
- Take before-and-after photos to document merchandising efforts.
- Identify successful strategies and areas for improvement, and report these findings.
