About The Position

SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) is seeking well-rounded Merchandisers with experience in all phases of merchandising, including audits, building racks and displays, resets (shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. Merchandisers use their friendly, outgoing personalities to build strong store relationships while meeting client needs. This is project-based work, often consisting of jobs that take approximately 1 hour to complete, with occasional larger projects like resets. This role is on an as-needed basis and should be considered gig work, with potential for work not always being readily available in the immediate area.

Requirements

• Must have an Android or iPhone with internet access and knowledge of Google
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• 1 year of experience with Planograms (reading and implementing)
• 1 year of Merchandising experience
• 1 year of Resets experience
• Ability to speak and read English
• Access to a printer when needed
• Reliable transportation
• Valid, non-expired Driver's License
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Smartphone with data plan for mobile reporting
• Strong attention to detail
• Available for weekend and weekday assignments
• Must be 18 years or older
