About The Position

Merchandisers for SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) are integral to the company, possessing experience in all aspects of merchandising, including audits, building racks and displays, resets (shelf and pegboard), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. They are expected to build strong store relationships and meet client needs. This role is project-based and on an as-needed basis, with most jobs typically taking about 1 hour, though some resets or larger projects may require more time. This is explicitly not considered full-time or part-time work, but rather 'Gig Work'.

Requirements

Be a self-starter and quick learner who can work independently
Possess a strong work ethic
Be tech savvy with experience in taking photos, completing surveys, and uploading to a platform
Have excellent organizational skills
Be a strong and effective communicator with problem-solving skills
Understand the importance of meeting client directives before the deadline
Must have an Android or iPhone, internet access, and know how to access Google from your phone
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
1+ years of experience in Planograms, including understanding how to read and implement them
1+ years of merchandising experience
1+ years of resets experience
Speak and read English
Must have access to a printer when needed
Must have reliable transportation
Valid, non-expired Driver's License required
Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles)
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Smartphone with data plan for mobile reporting
Strong attention to detail
Available for weekend and weekday assignments
