About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The work involves independently completing project assignments in retail locations, maintaining high merchandising standards, and meeting project deadlines. Scheduling is flexible and based on project availability, with assignments available in markets across the United States. Applicants can identify the cities, counties, or regions where they are interested in working so SRS can match them with available opportunities.

Requirements

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience working for Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or other retail merchandising and reset companies.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company’s mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
