About The Position
CART Solutions is hiring part-time grocery merchandisers to support grocery department resets and remodels and improve the shopping experience. The role offers flexible weekly scheduling and work across various locations, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Longboat Key, and Lakewood Ranch. Travel within 30 miles is required, and reliable transportation covering a 50-mile radius or more is expected. Shifts start at 5 a.m., last 6–8 hours with variable end times, and are scheduled four days a week, Monday through Thursday. The position pays $16.50 per hour, with mileage and travel time paid. There are no nights, weekends, or major holidays. This is W-2 employment. Health benefits may be available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to use planograms (POGs) for remodels and resets.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for 6–10 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation covering a 50-mile radius or more.
- Must have internet access and be able to take and submit photos.
- Must bring a small handheld tool set, including a screwdriver, tape measure, and box cutter.
- No degree is needed.
