About The Position
CART Solutions is seeking dynamic, energetic grocery merchandisers for a part-time gig offering variety, independence, and flexible weekly scheduling. The role involves working in grocery departments at various locations, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Longboat Key, and Lakewood Ranch, with travel within 30 miles. The schedule is four days per week, Monday through Thursday, with a 5 a.m. start and variable end times for 6–8-hour shifts. The position pays $16.50 per hour, with paid mileage and travel time. No nights, weekends, or major holidays are required. W-2 employment. Health benefits may be available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to take and submit photos and have internet access.
- Must bring a small handheld tool set, such as a screwdriver, tape measure, and box cutter.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for 6–10 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation capable of covering a 50-mile radius or more.
- Must be able to work in all grocery departments.
- Proficiency in using planograms (POGs) is essential for remodels and resets.
- No degree required.
