About The Position

Hasbro is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to provide timely and effective merchandising and shelf management services for Hasbro products at assigned retail stores in the Oklahoma City (North) territory, including Oklahoma City, Mustang, Yukon, and Edmond. The role is scheduled for 10–25 hours per week and focuses on keeping shelves and feature locations stocked and aligned with Hasbro planograms and monthly priorities. The merchandiser helps increase product visibility and sales, creates a strong in-store experience, and builds business relationships with retail account management teams.

The position involves merchandising all Hasbro product categories, moving product from stockrooms to sales floors, setting monthly product features, identifying opportunities for additional product placements or shelf space, completing store surveys, and photographing priority displays. The merchandiser may also help train newly hired merchandisers. The role requires daytime weekday availability and occasional weekend work, travel throughout the assigned territory, and physical activity including lifting, climbing, standing, and bending.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for daytime weekday hours and occasional weekends, depending on business needs.
• Able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend, and perform other physical activity needed for merchandising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using an iPad, tablet, smartphone, and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal laptop or desktop compatible with Microsoft Office/0365, plus a smartphone.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance, and a good driving record.
• Must live within the parameters of the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise all Hasbro product categories according to the plans and objectives set by the Supervisor and ensure displays meet Hasbro quality standards.
• Move products from backrooms or stockrooms to store shelves to keep products stocked and available to customers.
• Ensure Hasbro brands follow planograms and that shelf labels show correct account pricing.
• Set up required monthly product features in assigned stores.
• Engage with store managers to identify opportunities for incremental out-of-aisle placements and expanded shelf space for Hasbro products.
• Complete required store surveys and provide timely feedback about store conditions, product placement, and merchandising challenges or successes.
• Capture and submit high-quality photos of priority product placements, incremental displays, and competitive set-ups.
• Assist in training newly hired merchandisers on Hasbro merchandising standards.
