Job Summary We are looking for a Retail Media Manager who is equal parts strategist, operator, and storyteller. In this role, you will lead advertising strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, build performance-driven campaigns across the retail media ecosystem (onsite and offsite), and translate data into clear, compelling narratives for brand leaders. This role carries a Target-focused book of business, so experience with Target (Roundel) and Criteo is highly valued. That said, we hire for retail media fluency over any single platform. The right person can move across networks and bring a point of view to every one of them. You will own outcomes, lead conversations, and proactively identify opportunities before they are obvious.
