We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Retail Media Specialist to support the execution, and optimization of our retail media campaigns across major retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart). This role will be critical in driving digital shelf visibility, sales performance, and return on ad spend (ROAS) across our retail partners.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in running Retail Media campaigns on Amazon Advertising or Walmart Connect
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and media dashboards
  • Experience in search bid management, campaign management, campaign optimization, digital media operations
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of retail media KPIs (ROAS, TACoS, CVR, etc.) and digital shelf metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different platforms and categories
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

  • Support Retail Media Managers in campaign set up, optimization, and reporting within retailer platforms – including everything from keyword planning and audience targeting to budget allocation and performance analysis
  • Conduct research across client niche, identifying keyword opportunities for custom audiences, product categories and in-market interest groups for campaign development
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with retail media networks and third-party tools to enhance campaign execution
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new retail media capabilities, and platform updates to continuously drive innovation and best practices
