About The Position

The position of SGFH Media Specialist is established to perform support and assistance to customers and staff at our Thompson, Hall & Jordan location. We are a group of caregivers that are committed to supporting families and our community during difficult times. Requirements

• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Interface with customers in-person, electronically and on the phone
• Computer Proficiency with MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Administrative and Clerical support
• Strong attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three to five years media experience.
• Great Customer Service Skills, must display a calm attitude.
• Comprehensive listening skills,
• Ability to take direction.
• Work Great with people. Team Player.
• Displays a “Customer First” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management, the media team, and IT to ensure seamless execution of all technical aspects of media productions-on-site, behind the scenes, and via online platforms.
• Operate and support command center systems such as Deezer, Tukios Messenger, and other audiovisual tools.
• Create and manage engaging content for Digital Funeral Screens in lobby areas, including promotional materials for events like the Lantern Lighting.
• Develop customized media content for families and special events to enhance the overall experience and create lasting memories.
