Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and collaborate with sales to ensure that marketing campaigns align with product launches and consumer needs.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Radio Ads, Print Ads)
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the overall marketing plan. (Facebook page, build-out website, build-out loyalty app, content for menu boards & roadside signs)
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers. Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and handle crisis communications when necessary.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing activities. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage those audiences.
  • Stay informed about relevant marketing regulations and ensure that all marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
