About The Position

Sodexo, a leader in quality-of-life services, has an immediate opening for a Retail Manager 2 for Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ. Bergen New Bridge Medical Center (BNBMC) is a 1,070-bed hospital, a clinical affiliate of Rutgers University. The Medical Center is both the largest hospital and licensed nursing home in NJ and the fourth largest, publicly owned hospital in the nation. Bergen New Bridge, a not-for-profit safety net facility, provides high-quality comprehensive services, including acute and ambulatory care from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and community physicians, mental health and substance use disorder treatment, and long-term care to the greater Bergen County community.

Requirements

Strong employee engagement leadership skills
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to work collaboratively
Culinary production experience
Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional communication skills
Passion for a high level of customer service
Ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team
Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
Computer skills required
Minimum 1 year of management experience
