About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for their Late-Night location at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. This high-profile, fast-paced college campus environment requires a candidate with demonstrated leadership ability, high energy, an eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a high-volume Late-Night food court operation, including food safety protocols, quality standards, organizational skills, guest satisfaction, labor management, staff recruitment and development, food ordering, and menu management systems. The manager will drive revenue through marketing initiatives and develop/maintain client relationships and guest loyalty. The position requires leveraging systems to gather feedback and proactively improve the program. Sodexo provides food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions to college campuses, aiming to positively influence student well-being and create a healthy learning environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
1 year minimum management experience
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Prior experience promoting national brands with clients and customers in a campus environment
Proven client relationship and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor frontline teams, operations, and open and closing processes.
Train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
