About The Position

The Retail Lead assists the Retail Manager with daily operations at Hole in the Wall in Teton Village, Wyoming. The role supports efficient store operations and excellent customer service, including opening and closing the store, acting as a key holder, and helping the sales team meet daily goals. The Retail Lead also assists during high-volume periods and supports merchandising, sales training, promotions, customer orders, returns, and inventory transfers.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry.
Cash-handling skills.
Ability to work weekend shifts.

Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Retail Manager in leading the daily operations of Hole in the Wall.
Provide excellent customer service.
Open and close Hole in the Wall.
Work weekend shifts.
Maintain efficient daily operations of the Hole in the Wall retail department.
Work with sales staff to ensure cash-handling and charge procedures are compliant.
Execute daily operations, including morning meetings, opening and closing procedures, daily sales goals, and acting as key holder.
Assist the retail department during high customer-volume periods.
Assist with customer special orders, warranty returns, and damages.
Assist with store sales and promotions.
Assist with processing store transfers.
Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock and restocking.
Work with the Retail Manager to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
Assist with sales training and up-selling techniques.
Facilitate morning sales goals and communicate new retail information.
