About The Position
This is a Winter Seasonal, Full-Time position within the Locker Services Department at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The Locker Services Lead will oversee the daily operations of the Solitude Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining organized and clean facilities. This role involves training staff, performing opening and closing duties, coordinating breakfast services, and managing inventory of guest items.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Overall knowledge of ski industry and guest service.
- High School degree or GED.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Rental/retail/guest services experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Solitude Lounge.
- Provide consistent exceptional service.
- Work with Locker Manager to help train staff.
- Perform opening/closing duties of Solitude Lounge.
- Maintain an organized locker room, logbook, and cleanliness of Solitude locker room.
- Coordinate setup and stocking of continental breakfast for guests.
- Work with Locker Manager to maintain area presentation standards.
- Oversee conscientious inventory control of guests’ items.
- Provide information for JHMR guests and locker holders.
