About The Position
The Locker Room Attendant provides consistent exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized locker room, logbook, and cleanliness of the Basket Check & Solitude locker room. The attendant will coordinate the setup and stocking of continental breakfast for guests, work with the Locker Manager to maintain area presentation standards, and oversee conscientious inventory control of guests’ items. Additionally, the attendant will provide information for JHMR guests and locker holders.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of ski/snowboard industry and JHMR.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High School or GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Rental/retail/guest services experience preferred
