About The Position

This is a full-time Retail Key Holder position located at Store #15 in Watauga, Texas. The role involves operating the POS system, maintaining and stocking merchandise, assisting customers and donors, sorting and pricing goods, and ensuring a clean and attractive store environment. The Key Holder will also assist store management with opening and closing procedures and will be authorized to carry store keys and use an alarm code.

Requirements

• Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, 10-key adding machine
• Read, write, and good math skills
• At least 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public
• Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements
• Pass background, drug screen and physical examination
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
• Good customer service skills are a must

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate the POS system
• Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner
• Sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased goods
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store
• Assist the store management team with opening and closing
• Travel to meetings at Corporate Office or other locations
• Make bank deposits/change
