About The Position

The Retail Inventory Supervisor role is a traveling position focused on leading and coaching Inventory Associates. This role involves ensuring accuracy in inventory processes, following a consistent workflow, and serving as the primary point of contact for event-related concerns. The supervisor is responsible for driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking.
  • Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
  • Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Ability to frequently use a ladder.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
  • Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Lead and engage the team, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.
  • Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager.
  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.
  • Grow and develop the team.
  • Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
  • Travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
