Retail Inventory Supervisor – Dollar Teams
About The Position
The Retail Inventory Supervisor role is a traveling position focused on leading and coaching Inventory Associates. This role involves ensuring accuracy in inventory processes, following a consistent workflow, and serving as the primary point of contact for event-related concerns. The supervisor is responsible for driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking.
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
- Ability to frequently use a ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
- Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible.

Responsibilities
- Coach and train Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Lead and engage the team, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.
- Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager.
- Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.
- Grow and develop the team.
- Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
- Travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
