About The Position

The Retail Inventory Supervisor role involves leading and training Inventory Associates in a traveling capacity. This position requires early morning departures, with assignments available Monday-Friday, and occasional overnight hotel stays. The supervisor is responsible for coaching, training, and engaging the team, ensuring adherence to a consistent workflow, and resolving event-related concerns. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Lead and engage the team, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.
  • Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager.
  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.
