About The Position

The Retail Store Inventory Lead is an essential member of the store leadership team and leads the store’s inventory program, managing inventory-related tasks. The role works closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to support a strong experience for the team and customers and meet business needs. It requires initiative, sound assessment skills, clear communication about inventory, and adaptability to day-to-day business demands.

Requirements

Must be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Create a dynamic experience for the back of house.
Build lasting relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive the best service possible.
Keep the back room tidy, organized, and easy to navigate.
Ensure destocking and restocking are handled daily.
Attend monthly inventory meetings.
Manage weekly cycle counts.
Manage store-to-store transfers.
Manage weekly manual restocks to keep the sales floor fully stocked.
Ensure shipments are received and processed promptly, and follow up with store managers as needed.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
