About The Position

WIS International is hiring part-time Retail Inventory Associates throughout the Inland Empire, including Corona, Ontario, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, and Murrieta. Associates help retail customers accurately count inventory using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with performance-based opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, and additional earning opportunities of up to $5.00 per hour. The role involves travel to retail locations and may include occasional overnight assignments. Flexible scheduling is offered. Qualified employees may have the opportunity to become paid drivers or work at a pharmacy counter, with certification required for those opportunities. This is an active role in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates spend much of their shift standing and walking, and may need to bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders, and lift or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have reliable transportation.

Show attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, squat, and reach; climb ladders when needed; and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor.
