About The Position

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver and be part of a team that helps top retailers accurately count inventory. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. No prior inventory experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. The position requires active engagement, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, in a fast-paced retail environment. Drivers are also responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs (or 21 years old to drive a qualified van).
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.

• Higher Starting Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour.
