About The Position

WIS International is looking for active individuals to join their team as Retail Inventory Associates. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided. The position is part-time and offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events and must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 36 consecutive months of experience. The job requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet productivity goals. Previous experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, or general labor is considered valuable.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights.

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region.
• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
