About The Position

WIS International is looking for active individuals to help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, and additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. The company also offers a $200 referral bonus and a supportive environment where diversity is celebrated.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Nice To Haves

• No degree required.
• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
