About The Position

WIS International is hiring for a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided. The position involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases and travel. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. It requires working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. The role is a great fit for those who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using handheld technology
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, this includes very early mornings and/or late nights

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Certification to become a paid pharmacy counter

Responsibilities

Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
Travel to retail locations
