About The Position

Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time) and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. This specific team works with a single customer in the home improvement segment, traveling weekly to customer locations across their region. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, and meeting productivity goals.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
No degree required.
