About The Position

WIS International is hiring for a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate - Driver. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $5.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy. The company provides all necessary training, so no prior inventory experience is required. This is an active job that involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy, and meeting productivity goals. The role also involves travel to retail locations and occasional overnight assignments. WIS International celebrates diversity and offers a supportive work environment.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required.

Responsibilities
