About The Position

The Overnight Housekeeper is primarily responsible for ensuring the store is cleaned every day for customers. The role may also include distributing merchandise bags and boxes and carrying out customer purchases. The associate performs other duties as needed while keeping customer service a top priority and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor with internal and external customers. The position involves cleaning and maintaining fitting rooms, removing trash from registers, restrooms, offices, and common areas, cleaning and restocking restrooms, dusting the sales floor, and maintaining carpet and tile floors. Associates also help execute shortage-prevention initiatives and are expected to attend work reliably and punctually. The schedule includes weekend shifts and may require flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of direct experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, use color vision, and climb ladders.
• Ability to use a ladder, vacuum, broom/mop, high-speed buffer, pushcart, and hand truck.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
