About The Position

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment, including selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to sales, customer loyalty, and store operations through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence. Colleagues prepare the store by reviewing goals and promotions, receiving and tagging merchandise, and organizing the stockroom. Throughout the day, they assist customers, fulfill orders, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete purchases, organize the stockroom, and prepare for the next day. The position emphasizes hospitality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and achieving sales and store goals. This is a seasonal retail position. Scheduling depends on business needs and colleague availability. All schedules include weekend shifts; flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The posting describes typical full-time schedules as 30 or more hours per week and part-time schedules as 12–24 hours per week, but does not specify the schedule classification for this role.
