Retail Fulfillment Associate, Mall in Columbia - Flex
About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment, including selecting, packing, and shipping online orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to sales, customer loyalty, and store operations through attentive service, teamwork, and operational excellence. Daily work may include reviewing goals and promotions, preparing the store, receiving and tagging merchandise, and organizing the stockroom. You engage with customers on the sales floor and during pickups, fulfill orders accurately and on time, recover sales floors and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You also share loyalty-program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and help prepare the team for the next day. Schedules include weekend shifts and depend on business needs and colleague availability. The posting describes flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Select merchandise and carefully pack and ship online orders.
- Assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues professionally.
- Support sales goals, acquire new customers by opening credit accounts, and share loyalty-program benefits.
- Receive and tag merchandise and organize the stockroom.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support customers and the community.
