About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. Working on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top sellers, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain merchandise and displays, and finish interactions by sharing loyalty-program benefits and thanking customers. Teamwork, ongoing learning, and achieving individual and store results are important parts of the role. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
