About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services on the sales floor or in the fitting room. You use product knowledge and customer engagement to meet selling goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. Throughout the day, they welcome customers and build friendly relationships; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, returning selected merchandise to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves; and share loyalty program benefits while providing a sincere, helpful checkout experience. Colleagues support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration and continually work to improve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
