About The Position

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless and personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment, including selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to sales, customer loyalty, and store operations. Daily work includes reviewing goals and promotions, preparing the store, receiving and tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, and fulfilling orders. You also maintain a shoppable sales floor by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and assisting with merchandise moves. Colleagues support one another, share loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, and help prepare the store for the next day. Schedules include weekend shifts and depend on business needs and colleague availability. The employer describes full-time colleagues as typically scheduled 30 or more hours per week and part-time colleagues as typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Requirements

Responsibilities

Select merchandise and pack and ship online orders accurately and carefully.
Assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup.

Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom.
