About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you combine goal-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout customer experiences. You learn customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with coworkers to support customer and store results. The position requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues typically work 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
