About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers by combining sales-floor engagement with fulfillment work. You select merchandise, pack and ship online orders, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers warmly, resolve issues professionally, and contribute through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence. The role also includes receiving merchandise, tagging and organizing items, maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues work toward sales goals, share loyalty-program benefits, help acquire new customers through credit accounts, and support the team by organizing the stockroom and preparing for the next day. Schedules depend on business needs and colleague availability; the posting states that schedules include weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular and dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities
