About The Position

Sugarwish is a rapidly growing Denver-based gifting company with a digital-to-physical delivery model. Corporate gift recipients choose customized gifts from a variety of products offered through Sugarwish.com and its specialty-producer partners. The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate works at Sugarwish’s Englewood, Colorado Fulfillment Center during peak season. This role prepares candy and completed gift boxes for shipment, ensuring orders are packed accurately and attractively and are ready to send to customers.

Requirements

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to sustain a rapid pace to meet production goals.
Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive wrist and arm motions, including folding, wrapping, scooping, and tying.
Ability to perform any position on the production floor on any given day.

Nice To Haves

Packing, line work, customer service, or retail experience.
Experience using basic fulfillment center equipment such as hand trucks and carts.

Responsibilities

Pack a variety of candy into cups according to weight, count, or color specifications.
Keep a running tally of cups packed and the time taken.
Assemble shipped gift boxes, including pulling and arranging candy products.
Craft gift boxes with careful internal product placement so they are ready for recipients.
Prepare shipping boxes for completed gift boxes, including adding shipping components and attaching appropriate labels.
Restock product rooms and move products throughout fulfillment locations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the fulfillment center management team.
