Retail Fulfillment Associate, Ridgedale - Part Time
About The Position
As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers by combining sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment. Responsibilities include selecting merchandise, carefully packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to positive interactions, sales, customer loyalty, and store operations. The role also supports daily store readiness and fulfillment operations, including receiving merchandise, tagging items, organizing the stockroom, maintaining sales floors and fitting rooms, updating signs and prices, restocking, and completing merchandise moves. Colleagues work collaboratively, pursue sales goals, share loyalty-program benefits, and help prepare the team for the next day. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability. All schedules include weekend shifts, and availability may be needed on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Select merchandise and pack and ship online orders accurately and carefully.
- Assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues professionally.
- Support sales goals, acquire new customers by opening credit accounts, and share loyalty-program benefits.
- Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom.
- Recover sales floors and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day.
- Collaborate with teammates to support customers and store operations.
