Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Mid Rivers Mall - Part Time
About The Position
The Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and helps ensure a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. Colleagues monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The position also involves greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and providing attentive curbside order delivery. Colleagues support a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and assisting with merchandise moves. They work collaboratively, aim to meet sales goals, and contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, tag, and replenish merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders, including monitoring alerts to ensure BOPS orders are ready on time.
- Process trailers and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage for curbside delivery.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support store operations and customer service.
- Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
