Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Oakridge - Part Time
About The Position
The Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and helps provide a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. The associate monitors alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time and helps keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently. The role also involves customer interactions, including greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. Associates support a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and assisting with merchandise moves. They work collaboratively, contribute to sales goals, and seek to improve individual and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, organize, and process merchandise, including processing trailers.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage.
- Deliver orders curbside and monitor alerts to ensure BOPS orders are ready on time.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Review goals and learn about products and promotions in preparation for store operations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
