About The Position

The Fragrance RSS Colleague provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, contributing to department success, supporting fulfillment, and performing other duties as necessary. The role serves both digital and in-store customers and involves product demonstrations, inventory support, merchandise presentation and replenishment, sales events, and compliance with safety, hygiene, asset protection, and inventory procedures. The position requires dependable attendance and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful, self-starting, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to in-store and digital customers, making appropriate partnerships when needed.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrances through actual application or card application.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager regarding inventory and other inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and return-to-vendor items in a timely manner.
• Keep the work area free from hazards and work safely.
• Follow asset protection, inventory control, compliance, and shortage-prevention procedures.
• Comply with hygiene standards.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Support fulfillment and perform other duties as necessary.
