About The Position

The Retail Food Salesperson is an outside sales representative serving the Raleigh, North Carolina area and traveling throughout the state. The role focuses on developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the grocery, restaurant, and food service industries. Compensation includes a base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities. The position is full-time, field-based, and offers a flexible schedule, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The home base is around Raleigh, NC.

Requirements

Must be able to speak Spanish.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Comfort using a computer, phone, and basic business software.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is preferred; outside sales or food service experience is a plus.
At least one year of sales experience.
Experience in the grocery, restaurant, or food distribution industry.

Responsibilities

Visit existing and prospective customers throughout North Carolina.
