About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Manager 1 to support retail food operations at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento, California . This position is ideal for a customer-focused leader who enjoys managing cash-handling retail food environments that include branded concepts, in-house formats, and signature designs. The Retail Food Manager 1 plays an important role in maintaining food quality, service excellence, and strong customer relationships in a healthcare setting. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges. What You'll Do Maintain food quality and customer service standards across retail food operations Assist with cash control processes and the maintenance of payroll records Support financial and HR-related functions as needed Maintain customer satisfaction and positive public relations through consistent, high-quality service What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
