Requirements

Must have a strong knowledge of operations, sales processes, and company policies.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Must be able to deliver training modules using a variety of training techniques and experience working with computer-based training software and learning management system is a plus.
Experience with e-learning platforms and instructor led training modules.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Must be organized and able to work through multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Ability to direct and execute the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
Solid ability with the use of English language.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check
Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude.

Nice To Haves

Spanish as an additional language is a plus.
Additional certification in training is a plus

Responsibilities

Determine training needs by observing operational opportunities, studying sales results, consulting with General Manager and Area Managers during store visits.
Assist with creating product education for Trulieve products and 3rd party brands.
Train employees on how to promote Trulieve products and 3rd party brands effectively.
Partners with the Retail Training Supervisor to analyze operational and developmental opportunities.
Assist with creating strategic, regional solutions that support the field leadership teams.
Conduct on-site training sessions using various training methods to engage employees, including hands-on and interactive activities.
Work with the training team leadership to respond to training requests sourced from retail leadership, retail operations, and through observation in the field after collaboration with leadership.
Assist with the implementation of training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
Other miscellaneous assigned projects and responsibilities as directed.
