About The Position

The Retail Experience Manager provides day-to-day leadership for a Best Buy home store or group of stores in a designated micro-market. The role assigns resources according to customer traffic and business needs, leads employee development and performance management, and drives excellent employee and customer experiences. The manager analyzes performance indicators against business strategies, guides the team toward revenue and operating income results, and takes corrective action or helps maximize results as needed. The position also supports sales and operational success at an assigned home location or across the micro-market.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or related fields.
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Consumer electronics industry experience.
• Multi-location retail experience.
