About The Position

The Retail Experience Manager provides day-to-day leadership for a Best Buy home store or group of stores, helping deliver excellent employee and customer experiences. The role assigns resources according to customer traffic and business needs across the assigned store or stores in a designated micro-market. The manager also drives employee development and performance management, supports sales and operational success, and leads efforts to achieve revenue and operating income results.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
