About The Position

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Bilingual Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients. This role involves implementing treatment plans created by a BCBA, collecting data on client progress, collaborating with families and team members, and ensuring a safe and positive therapy environment. The position is part-time with potential for full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification
• Previous experience with children
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Fluently communicate in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
• Provide communication between the clinical staff and clients
