About The Position

The Retail Experience Manager provides day-to-day leadership for a Best Buy home store or group of stores within a designated micro-market. The role assigns resources according to customer traffic and business needs, drives employee development and performance management, and supports excellent employee and customer experiences. The manager analyzes business performance and leads the team in achieving revenue and operating income results, taking corrective action as needed to maximize results and support sales and operational success.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or related fields.
At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
At least 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
Consumer electronics industry experience.
Multi-location retail experience.
