About The Position

The District Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all assigned stores. This involves conducting effective store visits, evaluating Store Manager performance, and setting clear objectives aligned with Lovisa directives and benchmarks. The role requires clear and consistent communication through various channels (morning calls, action plans, LOLA notices, one-on-one meetings) to coach and develop the team. Key responsibilities include recruiting customer-focused individuals for development and succession planning, reducing costs through effective rostering, and minimizing shrinkage by ensuring adherence to security and loss prevention best practices. The position requires flexibility for interstate and/or international travel as needed and will manage 6 Lovisa Stores: Carolina Place, Charlotte Prem, Northlake, Columbiana Ctr, Haywood & Oglethorpe Mall in GA.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores.
• Conduct effective Store visits and evaluate the performance of the Store Manager.
• Set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices and one-on-one meetings to coach and develop the Team.
• Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.
• Reduce unnecessary costs through effective rostering.
• Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practice.
• Travel interstate and/or Internationally based on the needs of the business.
